The Point Aventura is comprised of two towers both 32 stories high located on the water in the northwest corner of Aventura. It is secluded and offers 36 acres of fully landscaped grounds. The Point also has Atlantic I, II, III, in addition to the Point North and South Tower. The Point has residences in 2-4 bedroom configurations and since it was completed in 2002, even original condition residences lack little in terms of amenity.
The amenities within the point are such that there is little occasion to leave the property.
